Before the AI work, there was the groundwork: two disciplines I spent years inside, how content is structured and how platforms create value. Neither got disrupted by AI. Both got more important.
This is where that earlier thinking lives. It is the substrate beneath the operating-model work I write about now. Cheap intelligence still has to act on well-structured content, and it still has to sit inside a business model that captures value. The foundations did not go away. They moved underground and started carrying more weight.
Start here:
Content Modeling. Structuring content so both systems and people can use it. The discipline beneath the platforms.
Business Platforms. How pipes, two-sided markets, and ecosystems create and capture value.
