The Agent Series

Absorb what is useful, discard what is useless, and add what is specifically your own – Bruce Lee

AI agents are over-promised and under-delivered.

We see a lot of hype, but very few operational wins. The gap between what enterprises sell and what consumers actually get is widening. We need to stop the buzzwords and start talking straight. We need practical solutions that ground high expectations in reality – connecting talent, data, and technology to actually get the job done.

Here is the irony: In five years, the terms “AI” and “Agents” will likely be obsolete. They will simply vanish into the background of everyday life.

But we aren’t there yet.

I’m writing this series to build a shared language for that transition. I’m doing this for a selfish reason: to deeply understand these “agentic futures” for myself. It’s the only way I know how to navigate such a fluid problem space.

My hope? That these pages prove as useful to you as my Content Modeling Series did years ago. Let’s learn out loud together.

Welcome!
